Cash Prize?

After many, many hours and many phone calls, we have been informed and confirmed that any TSSAA or NCAA eligible athlete cannot play for a cash prize. Athletes awarded a cash prize are considered professional athletes therefore, no longer amateurs. If they are awarded money, they become ineligible for a period of 12 or more months. We do not want that to happen to any athletes playing in our tournament. Therefore, we have given them the option to play for fun and win a trophy. The teams signed up for the tournament elected to do just that. Thank you! We think they will have a great time. We are sorry for our lack of information up until now. Thank you for your support.

The other division will still play for the $1000 1st place cash prize.

The brackets are in the process of being drawn up. We should have the final brackets tomorrow. We will let you know how we are going to post them.
